Litigation Paralegal – Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

A respected and well-established Plaintiff Employment Law Firm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate complex employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Gather facts and evidence to support employment-related cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed.
• Assist with discovery, including preparing and reviewing responses and documents.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and filings.
• Provide essential administrative and legal support to ensure cases are managed efficiently and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on employment law.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in litigation support, trial preparation, and managing complex case files.
