Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for large, complex commercial construction projects?

We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee diverse projects in the medical, education, aviation, tech, and office building sectors. We’re open to candidates willing to relocate and offer relocation assistance!

💼  What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to drive project success.
• Handle risk management, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
• Leverage your experience with complex projects to solve challenges proactively.

✅  What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, ideally with large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in medical, education, aviation, tech, or office buildings construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• College Degree
