Complex Litigation Associate Attorney📍 Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

A highly regarded litigation firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate to join its growing Richmond office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

⬇️ About the Role

• 3–6 years of experience in complex civil litigation

• Experience handling matters involving:

  • Commercial disputes

  • Business litigation

  • High-exposure / multi-party cases

• Strong background in:

  • Discovery and motion practice

  • Depositions (taking and defending)

  • Court appearances and case strategy

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $135,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Discretionary bonus structure

• Billable requirement: 1,850 hours
