Project Manager - Industrial Equipment

We’re a fast-paced OEM delivering high-performance machinery and custom automation solutions. We’re looking for a Project Manager to own complex capital equipment projects from kickoff through installation. This role bridges the gap between customers, engineering, production, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cradle-to-grave project execution for custom machine builds

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers and internal teams

  • Drive timelines, budgets, and deliverables with accountability

  • Translate customer specs into actionable project plans

  • Collaborate with sales on proposals and technical reviews

  • Ensure clear communication across engineering, production, and leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing capital equipment or machinery projects

  • Background in mechanical or industrial engineering (degree or equivalent experience)

  • Strong understanding of machine design, manufacturing processes, and automation

  • Sales or customer-facing experience in technical environments

  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems

  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%
