Superintendent (Commercial Construction | Toledo Area)

A well-established commercial contractor in the Toledo market is seeking a Superintendent to join their team. This company has been in business for ~30 years and does approximately $60M annually, with a strong backlog and repeat clients.

They focus on diverse commercial construction, with a heavy emphasis on restaurant ground-ups and remodels, along with retail and general commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and safety
• Manage crews and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Act as a working Superintendent in a self-perform environment
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards

Project Experience:

• Commercial projects ranging from $800K – $10M
• Strong pipeline of restaurant and retail work
• Mix of interior, exterior, and site-related scopes

What They’re Looking For:

• Superintendent or strong Foreman ready to step up
• Experience in commercial construction (retail, restaurant, or TI)
• Comfortable in a hands-on, self-perform environment
• Ability to lead crews and take ownership of projects
