What You’ll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and plant systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Support line changeovers and startups
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
  • Work with systems including gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, seals, and gaskets
  • Assist with facility equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, and compressed air systems
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical training
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a production environment
  • Experience with components such as bearings, belts, chains, seals, and gearboxes
  • Exposure to boilers, HVAC, hydraulics, or compressed air systems is a plus
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documents
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
