What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and plant systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement long-term solutions
- Support line changeovers and startups
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Work with systems including gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, seals, and gaskets
- Assist with facility equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, and compressed air systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical training
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a production environment
- Experience with components such as bearings, belts, chains, seals, and gearboxes
- Exposure to boilers, HVAC, hydraulics, or compressed air systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documents
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
