Commercial Roof Salesman

Over here at GPAC we are actively working with a growing company and looking to add two high-performing Roofing Sales Representatives to our team, one Junior Sales Rep and one Senior Sales Rep. This is a high-income potential role with an established pipeline, existing clients, and strong market timing.

Our focus is on large-scale multifamily, condominium, and townhome roofing projects, offering significantly larger contract values than typical residential roofing.

Compensation & Benefits

Junior Sales Representative

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Commission

Senior Sales Representative

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Commission

Earning Potential:

  • Most of our sales team earns $120,000 – $250,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and convert an existing pipeline while building new business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • Property managers
  • HOA boards
  • Apartment and commercial associations
  • Attend networking and marketing events and actively generate leads
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals
  • Effectively communicate, listen, and tailor your approach to different audiences

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who brings energy, presence, and professionalism into every room.

Required Experience:

  • Roofing industry knowledge (products, systems, and applications)
  • Sales and/or account management experience
  • Ability to manage and close from a pipeline

Preferred Experience:

  • Selling to property managers, HOAs, or commercial associations
  • Experience with multifamily or commercial roofing sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with AI tools is a plus)
