Position Overview
- Full lifecycle project management from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversight of budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
- Leadership of internal project teams, and subcontractors
- Direct coordination with ownership, clients, and stakeholders, and project managers

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Must have diverse construction ground-up experience
- Prefers someone who has been with a company for 5+ years
- Must be local with no job hopping
- Experience working in a structured, corporate construction environment
