Production Manager – Luxury Residential Design/Build

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all production and field operations across multiple luxury remodeling projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality from pre-construction through completion
• Lead and support project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Ensure a high-end client experience throughout the build process
• Coordinate with design, estimating, and leadership teams
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Drive scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Uphold quality standards across all projects

What You Bring

• Experience in luxury residential remodeling or design-build construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership presence and team management experience
