A prestigious global law firm with a strong Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Naples, Florida is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in business, commercial, or construction matters. This role offers the chance to manage complex, high-stakes cases and work alongside a dynamic, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution

  • Conduct thorough factual investigations and client communications

  • Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery documents, and research memoranda

  • Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including electronic discovery (e-discovery)

  • Support business development and client relationship efforts

Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of relevant civil litigation experience (business, commercial, or construction)

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida

  • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases
