A prestigious global law firm with a strong Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Naples, Florida is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in business, commercial, or construction matters. This role offers the chance to manage complex, high-stakes cases and work alongside a dynamic, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution
Conduct thorough factual investigations and client communications
Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery documents, and research memoranda
Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
Manage all aspects of discovery, including electronic discovery (e-discovery)
Support business development and client relationship efforts
Candidate Profile
3-7 years of relevant civil litigation experience (business, commercial, or construction)
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
