• Admitted, in good standing in Florida

• 5-12 years real estate, small business, estate planning, intellectual property law
• Strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude
• Ability to handle cases independently
• Excellent research and writing skills required
• JD from an accredited law school, admission to the Florida Bar
• Strong academic credentials
