About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Supervising Electrician with expertise in PLC and Robotics to join our dynamic team. This role also involves supervising a maintenance crew of 8 people, both electrical and mechanical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including PLCs and robotic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a maintenance crew of 8 people.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience with PLCs and robotic systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
