A well-respected Ag Operation in Iowa is no accepting applications for Warehouse Operators for multiple roles at locations throught the state of Iowa. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, organize, and track incoming and outgoing agricultural products and supplies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup with precision and care.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and organize products.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers and delivery personnel with inquiries and order pickups.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using warehouse management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or agricultural experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training available).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
