Job Description

A well-respected Ag Operation in Iowa is no accepting applications for Warehouse Operators for multiple roles at locations throught the state of Iowa. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in the heart of the agricultural supply chain, and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, this might be just the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, organize, and track incoming and outgoing agricultural products and supplies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup with precision and care.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and organize products.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist customers and delivery personnel with inquiries and order pickups.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using warehouse management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or agricultural experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate!
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training available).
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
