We’re currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist / Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This hands-on role supports day-to-day production efforts, ensuring efficient setup, operation, and throughput of press brake machines while maintaining quality standards across CNC fabrication processes.


Key Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Specialist / Press Brake Operator will play a key role in day-to-day production operations, with responsibilities including:

  • Operating and maintaining press brake machinery with precision and efficiency.
  • Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate part fabrication.
  • Performing machine setups and tooling changes based on job specifications.
  • Monitoring quality during and after runs; making adjustments as needed.
  • Upholding safety, cleanliness, and Lean Manufacturing standards.
  • Participating in cross-training and team improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; press brake or CNC experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
  • Familiarity with CNC fabrication, forming, or sheet metal processes.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus.
