Tax Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning ideas to help minimize liabilities.
• Analyze complex tax issues, research tax laws, and offer clear recommendations to keep clients ahead.
• Supervise, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of tax professionals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, making a difference with each strategic tax decision.
Tax Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Must hold a CPA designation.
• 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary: $135,000 - $160,000.
