This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill their open position of Mitigation Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Mitigation Manager with extended experience in water restoration. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and managing restoration projects. 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years as Mitigation Manager
  • Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Xactimate
  • IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Water, Fire & Mold
  • Highly-motivated and proactive 
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Strong leadership qualities
