A well-established and reputable national Commercial General Contractor has an immediate need for a proven Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to join their organization in Phoenix.
This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company that has been in business for over 50 years providing General Contracting, Construction Management and Design/Build services for select clients throughout the country. They specialize in ground-up construction and renovations in the industrial market sector and are growing out their Preconstruction Department. Projects are typically in the $10-100 million range at this office. This is not for a contract hire, but a long-term career as they have an extensive backlog of upcoming projects.
