A respected Northern California firm is seeking a senior-level attorney with 10+ years of deep experience in commercial, business, and real estate litigation. This is a hybrid role based in Walnut Creek with strong potential for growth and partnership.
Practice Focus:
Complex business and commercial litigation
Real estate disputes and transactional support
Full case lifecycle management including settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
What They’re Looking For:
10+ years of litigation experience in commercial/business and real estate matters
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
Proven track record of managing cases independently
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
California Bar in good standing
