Job Title: Commercial Superintendent
Location: Sonoma, Napa, Santa Rosa, Petaluma

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Commercial Superintendent to lead the field execution of diverse commercial projects, including multifamily, churches, wineries, offices, tenant improvements, and lab spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on project diversity, keeps jobs on track, and brings a positive, solution-oriented mindset to the field.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and ensure top-notch craftsmanship
Maintain project timelines, budgets, and safety standards
Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Provide daily updates, resolve issues proactively, and lead by example
What You Bring:
Proven experience running ground-up and/or TI commercial projects
Ability to lead multifamily, winery, church, or lab builds a strong plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Respect from—and for—the subcontractor community
A solid work ethic and a great attitude
