I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded full-service law firm that’s actively expanding its real estate practice in Vancouver. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or banking law to join a national team and take their practice to the next level.
Join a well-established firm with a strong footprint across Western Canada.
Work with a busy real estate group advising developers, financial institutions, REITs, First Nations, and investors.
Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions—everything from acquisitions and financings to development projects.
Be part of a collaborative team that offers excellent mentorship and exposure to complex files.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or banking.
Strong academic background and solid drafting skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
The ability to manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and work well as part of a team.
Base salary starts at $142,000, with total compensation reflective of experience and expertise.
