What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Active Pennsylvania Bar license (West Virginia Bar admission is a major plus!)
✔️ 2–4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
✔️ Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
✔️ Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
🔹 Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
🔹 Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
🔹 Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
🔹 Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
