A well-established agricultural retailer is seeking a Retail Associate to join its in-store team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a strong interest in agriculture or equipment, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A person with strong retail marketing, purchasing, and product logistics is required.
Maintain and organize showroom displays, shelves, and inventory
Provide product knowledge on parts, tools, and supplies related to farming and land maintenance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Restock inventory, receive shipments, and perform basic merchandising tasks
Assist with seasonal promotions, store events, and equipment demos as needed
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or agriculture (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable learning about ag products
Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
