WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as a trusted financial partner for a diverse portfolio of business clients
- Manage comprehensive bookkeeping services including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with exceptional attention to detail
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems to improve client efficiency
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Collaborate with in-house tax professionals to provide seamless client service
- Communicate directly with clients to address questions and provide accounting guidance

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Payroll processing experience preferred
