Director of Preconstruction

A top General Contractor is seeking a Director of Preconstruction. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to build out a department and be an intricate part of a company’s success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and completion of preconstruction process.
  • Plan and lead preconstruction strategies.
  • Develop and implement preconstruction products, systems, and procedures.
  • Align the team with changes in market conditions and workload
  • Participate in all key meetings.
  • Foster client relationships

    Qualifications:

  • 10+ years leading an estimating department.
  • 10+ years of estimating/construction experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

    Compensation/Benefits:

  • Base Salary $150-$175K+ (depending on experience)
