A leading engineering and planning firm in Nashville is looking for a Civil Engineer to support and lead site development projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and manage grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater systems, and roadway plans

  • Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and permitting packages

  • Collaborate with surveyors, planners, and architects for seamless project delivery

  • Work directly with project managers and clients across Middle Tennessee

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, forward-thinking culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • 3–8 years of experience in land development projects

  • Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, local codes, and stormwater design

  • EIT required; PE preferred or in progress

  • A team-focused mindset with strong communication skills
