We’re a nationally respected boutique litigation firm based in NYC—and we’re looking to hire a Litigation Associate who’s ready for real courtroom work, not document review. This is a trial-focused role where you'll manage your own caseload, work directly with partners, and build a serious litigation career.
General Liability
Premises Liability
NY Labor Law (240/241)
Transportation
Insurance Defense
Regular court appearances (state & federal)
Handle depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Draft legal documents with precision
Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and clients
Maintain control of your caseload with proper support
MUST have 2–3 years of litigation experience
(Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Defense strongly preferred)
Must be admitted to the New York Bar
(New Jersey Bar is a plus—not a replacement)
Proven writing and oral advocacy skills
Composure in court and initiative in case handling
Early and frequent courtroom exposure
Mentorship from veteran trial attorneys
