Job Description

Boutique Trial Firm | National Clients | Real Courtroom Experience

If you do not have 2–3 years of litigation experience, please do not apply.
We review every resume personally, and only candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.

We’re a nationally respected boutique litigation firm based in NYC—and we’re looking to hire a Litigation Associate who’s ready for real courtroom work, not document review. This is a trial-focused role where you'll manage your own caseload, work directly with partners, and build a serious litigation career.

✅ Practice Areas:

  • General Liability

  • Premises Liability

  • NY Labor Law (240/241)

🔍 Core Responsibilities:

  • Regular court appearances (state & federal)

  • Handle depositions, motions, and trial preparation

🧠 Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • MUST have 2–3 years of litigation experience
(Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Defense strongly preferred)

  • Must be admitted to the New York Bar
(New Jersey Bar is a plus—not a replacement)

  • Proven writing and oral advocacy skills

  • Composure in court and initiative in case handling

💼 What We Offer:

  • Early and frequent courtroom exposure

  • Mentorship from veteran trial attorneys

  • Mid-sized, growth-oriented firm culture
