✅ Position Highlights:

• Practice Areas May Include:
  ▪︎ Civil defense or plaintiff-side litigation
  ▪︎ Insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability
  ▪︎ Employment, municipal, or construction litigation

• Your Role Will Involve:
  ▪︎ Regular court appearances (state & federal)
  ▪︎ Depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
  ▪︎ Drafting pleadings, discovery, and strategic case planning
  ▪︎ Collaborating with senior litigators and managing your own caseload

✅ Minimum Requirements – Non-Negotiable

Candidates MUSTmeet all of the following to be considered:

✅ 3–5 years of litigation experience (civil or defense strongly preferred)
✅ Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (Kansas Bar is a plus, but not a substitute)
✅ Courtroom-ready — confident with oral advocacy, depositions, and motion practice
✅ Able to manage files, deadlines, and client communication independently
✅ Motivated to grow professionally with hands-on courtroom exposure and long-term potential
