⚖️ Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense & Employment Litigation (Missouri)

We’re working with multiple Missouri-based firms—from St. Louis to Kansas City—that are actively hiring Litigation Associates to support expanding caseloads in Insurance Defense and Employment Law.

If you’re a sharp, driven litigator with 2–4 years of experience, and you’re ready to move past repetitive drafting and into real courtroom advocacy—this is your window.


✅ Practice Areas:

▪︎ Auto, premises, product, or general liability defense
▪︎ Employment litigation (wrongful termination, ADA, Title VII, EEOC defense)
▪︎ Occasional crossover into municipal or professional liability cases


✅ Core Responsibilities:

▪︎ Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
▪︎ Arguing motions and handling depositions
▪︎ Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
▪︎ Managing your own caseload with partner-level support
▪︎ Interacting directly with insureds, carriers, or employer clients


✅ Ideal Candidate:

2–4 years of civil litigation experience (insurance or employment defense preferred)
Admitted to practice in Missouri and in good standing
✅ Strong legal writing and case management skills
✅ Comfortable appearing in court and communicating with clients
✅ A proactive attitude with an eye toward growth and autonomy
