🚛 Remote Cross Border Transportation Sales Representative– Based in the USA

Location: Remote Industry: Transportation & Logistics Job Type: Full-Time | Commission + Base Salary Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5+ years required)

About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-growing logistics provider specializing in cross-border freight solutions between Mexico, Canada the U.S., Our services include Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and custom supply chain solutions. We're looking to expand our team with an experienced Transportation Sales Representative who thrives in a remote setting and understands the regional nuances of cross-border shipping.

Role Overview: As our Transportation Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for finding and growing new business focused on cross-border freight, with a mix of LTL and FTL shipments. You'll build strong customer relationships, close deals, and work closely with our operations team to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers focused on U.S.–Mexico /Canada cross-border freight
  • Sell transportation services including LTL and FTL
  • Identify customer needs and create tailored logistics solutions
  • Develop long-term client relationships through regular communication and superior service
  • Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in transportation/logistics
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border shipping, especially U.S.–Mexico/Canada cross border lanes
  • Demonstrated success selling LTL and FTL services
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
