We're searching for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer who's not just experienced—but passionate about building the future of Florida's infrastructure.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the design and delivery of major FDOT bridge projects
Mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical teams
Interfacing with DOT officials and stakeholders
Applying your in-depth knowledge of FDOT manuals, processes, and standards
🎯 What You Need to Succeed:
✔️ Florida PE license (Required)
🧱 10–15 years of structural bridge engineering experience
📚 Minimum 10 years using FDOT guidance and standards
🔧 Strong proficiency in bridge design, specs, and analysis
🤝 Leadership skills and the ability to guide project teams and collaborate across departments
