Position Overview:
They are looking for a dedicated attorney to represent healthcare providers and institutions in medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense and excel in litigation, case management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on risk management
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with expert witnesses and healthcare professionals
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- 1-4  years of experience in medical malpractice defense or any type of insurance defense experience 
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
