About:

Seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic team. This position involves handling complex disputes related to trusts, estates, guardianships, and fiduciary responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate litigation, with the ability to provide strategic counsel and pursue efficient resolution of sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in trust and estate disputes, including will contests, fiduciary misconduct, and beneficiary disagreements
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Manage case strategy from inception through trial and settlement
- Provide guidance to clients on probate and estate planning issues when needed
- Collaborate with experts, including appraisers and forensic accountants
- Maintain case files and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania 
- Significant experience 5 + in trust and estate litigation or related probate disputes
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent courtroom, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience with estate and trust documents, fiduciary matters, and related legal procedures
- Collaborative team player with a dedication to client service
