The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial disputes, including partnership and shareholder litigation, fiduciary claims, contract enforcement, and real estate conflicts. Its practice also extends to probate litigation and creditor-side matters, providing a dynamic and intellectually engaging docket.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of business litigation from inception to resolution

  • Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment and dispositive motions

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Represent clients in court at hearings, trials, and mediations

  • Support and lead cases involving commercial disputes, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights, and probate-related matters

  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management


Candidate Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation

  • Texas Bar license in good standing

  • Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and strategic thinking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

  • Interest in long-term growth and leadership within a reputable firm
