Handle all aspects of business litigation from inception to resolution
Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment and dispositive motions
Take and defend depositions
Represent clients in court at hearings, trials, and mediations
Support and lead cases involving commercial disputes, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights, and probate-related matters
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
8+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation
Texas Bar license in good standing
Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and strategic thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
