Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Monitor and address project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits.

Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of Project Manager experience
• Strong Leadership capabilities.
• Proven record of successfully managing projects over $10 Million
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must possess excellent client relationship skills.
