Position Overview: As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our residential construction projects. If you're a tenacious and enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to talk to you!
Qualifications: Four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business (preferred but not required). 5+ years of construction experience, with a focus on building houses. Previous project management experience, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results. Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
