Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Hybrid | Portland, Oregon

GPAC has partnered with a highly respected law firm seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a hybrid role with low billable requirements, offering excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and in-depth legal analysis to support ongoing litigation

  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery responses, and briefs

  • Assist with trial preparation, including witness prep and discovery management

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, and depositions

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute effective case strategies

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in Oregon (Washington license a plus)

  • 3–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation

  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal strategy

  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
