Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
📍 Chicago, IL | 💵 $125,000 – $150,000 (Based on Experience)
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects in the Chicago area. This is an opportunity to join a financially sound, family-owned firm with a strong reputation across markets including senior living, higher education, industrial, and commercial office.

Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction to project closeout
Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
Maintain control of budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and quality expectations
Communicate effectively with ownership, clients, and field teams
7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven track record with ground-up construction (projects $10M–$50M+)
Strong knowledge of contracts, construction methods, and sequencing
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Competitive salary range: $125,000–$155,000, DOE
