Superintendent – Architect-Driven Estate and High-End Custom Homes | Confidential Builder
We're searching for a construction professional who takes pride in craft, precision, and relationships. Our client is a well-established custom home builder working on highly detailed, architect-designed residences throughout the Southeast. They are known for collaborating closely with discerning clients, elite architects, and top-tier subcontractors to deliver legacy homes—crafted to endure for generations.

What You’ll Lead:
Daily site operations on complex, one-of-a-kind homes ranging from $1.5M–$15M+
Collaboration with top architects, engineers, and designers to uphold design intent
Coordination of subcontractors, schedule, materials, inspections, and QC
Managing critical path timelines and anticipating issues before they arise
Meticulous interpretation of architectural drawings, detailing, and specs
Leadership in upholding best-in-class site presentation and safety
What You Bring:
5–15+ years of experience in high-end custom home construction
A builder’s mindset — detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, committed to excellence
Strong technical skills: layout, framing, MEP coordination, finish carpentry oversight
Ability to maintain positive, proactive communication with architects, clients, and trades
Experience building homes with complex structural, finish, or site elements
Proficiency with construction scheduling software; experience with Buildertrend/Procore is a plus
