Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Buffalo, NY. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with Mazak and Okuma equipment is a significant plus and will set candidates apart. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications

  • Set up machines, load materials, and verify tooling

  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

  • Monitor machine operations and perform quality checks

  • Make tool changes and minor program edits as needed

  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues

  • Maintain production logs and ensure part traceability

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of CNC machining experience required

  • Familiarity with Mazak and/or Okuma CNC equipment strongly preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documents

  • Understanding of G-code and machine controls

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

  • Good mechanical aptitude and math skills

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
