 Customer Service Technician – Heavy Construction Equipment


A well-established global equipment manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. This is a hands-on role supporting equipment diagnostics, repair, and field service across North America and beyond.


What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Provide technical support on-site, in-shop, and over the phone
  • Coordinate service efforts with internal teams and document reports
  • Travel nationally and internationally (up to 80%) for field service and support
  • Ensure top-tier customer experience and equipment performance


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical service or equipment repair experience
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High school diploma required; technical training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
