CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in machining aerospace components. The ideal candidate did setups and operated cnc machines before moving into programming.
Responsibilities:
Develop CNC programs for machining metallic and composite aerospace parts
CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, CATIA, or Unigraphics)
Design workholding fixtures, drill jigs, and tooling solutions
Help with quoting new projects and job planning
Create tool lists and setup sheets
Detailed drawings for inspection, setup, and quality control
