What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Attorney, your day-to-day will include:

Managing a diverse caseload involving contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, and more.

Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs (nailing deadlines included).

Participating in hearings, depositions, trials, and alternative dispute resolution.

Advising clients on compliance and construction law issues.

Collaborating with a legal team that doesn’t mind getting into the litigation trenches with you.
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Construction Attorney in the state of Texas.

2–10 years of construction litigation experience.

Board certification is a plus (we won’t hammer you over it if not).

Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.

Attorneys with or without a book of business are encouraged to apply.
