A premier Texas law firm is seeking a Construction Attorney to join its Dallas office. Known for its depth in construction law, the firm fosters a collaborative, team-oriented culture. There are compelling cases to work on, gorgeous offices and professional development offered to you. 

What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Attorney, your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload involving contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, and more.

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs (nailing deadlines included).

  • Participating in hearings, depositions, trials, and alternative dispute resolution.

  • Advising clients on compliance and construction law issues.

  • Collaborating with a legal team that doesn’t mind getting into the litigation trenches with you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Construction Attorney in the state of Texas.

  • 2–10 years of construction litigation experience.

  • Board certification is a plus (we won’t hammer you over it if not).

  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.

  • Attorneys with or without a book of business are encouraged to apply.
