Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to lead our month-end close, deliver accurate financial reports, and help optimize costs across multiple entities. Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead the month-end close process and prepare consolidated financials
• Analyze BOMs, inventory flows, and production variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and sales to refine cost structures
• Build SOPs, enhance ERP systems, and streamline reporting processes

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong cost accounting and inventory valuation expertise
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Proven ability to balance strategic insight with executional detail
• Proactive mindset – you take initiative, solve problems, and move fast
