Project Manager / Estimator – Earthwork & Utilities
We are a sitework construction company specializing in commercial and residential earthwork and utility projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead and manage projects from bid through completion.
Responsibilities
Estimate and prepare bids for earthwork and utility construction projects.
Manage day-to-day project activities including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and site oversight.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and field crews.
Track project costs, changes, and documentation.
Conduct site visits and monitor job progress.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing and estimating commercial and residential sitework projects.
Strong understanding of earthwork, stormwater, water/sewer utilities, and grading.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
