Our Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group is nationally recognized, and we are currently seeking a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join our team with a focus on creditors' rights.
This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most significant bankruptcy cases in the country. Our attorneys receive direct mentorship from senior partners, early exposure to courtroom proceedings, and the opportunity to work closely with top professionals in the field.
What You'll Do:
Represent creditor clients in complex bankruptcy proceedings
Handle preference and fraudulent transfer litigation
Draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and appear in court
Work directly with clients, senior partners, and other top bankruptcy professionals
Participate in industry conferences and high-profile cases nationwide
Who You Are:
JD from an accredited law school
2–7 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy law, particularly creditors' rights
Creditors rights and preference avoidance action experience is a must
Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a high-performing team
Open to occasional travel to Minneapolis for in-person training and meetings (if remote)
