Key Responsibilities:
The Civil/Land Development Department Manager will:
Lead and manage the civil/land development department
Oversee and review technical work related to site and land development projects
Mentor junior engineers and manage team performance
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
Ensure quality control, project delivery, and profitability
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
15+ years of professional civil engineering experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a department leadership or management role
Proven experience in land/site development and project delivery
