I’m seeking 2-6 years’ experience SOLID Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA.

MUST HAVE- Experience assisting in litigation, employment law, and business & finance matters

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License to practice in Pittsburgh PA- MUST HAVE
• 2-6 years’ experience civil litigation experience - MUST HAVE
• Experience assisting in litigation, employment law, and business & finance matters.- MUST HAVE
• Prior work in commercial litigation, labor & employment, and real estate.- MUST HAVE
• Represent clients in civil and federal litigation matters.- MUST HAVE
• Strong background in legal research and writing, providing thorough and attentive counsel to clients across various practice areas. MUST HAVE
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in commercial litigation, labor & employment, and real estate matters.
• File court documents and adhere to strict timelines.
• Experience with iManage document management system
• Experience filing court documents, electronically preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing thoughtful and persuasive messaging
• Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management mindset
• Commitment to professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork
• A strong drive to provide proactive, client-focused legal services
• Support clients in the areas of law including corporate business and general litigation.
• Perform thorough legal research, identifying necessary information to support senior counsel and clients.
• Assist in preparation of expert reports and mediation statements.
• Represent clients in regular court appearances.
• Prepare for trial including deposition preparation, discovery, and case preparation.
• Prepare motions, briefs, plans, and other litigation documents.
• Draft discovery in addition to pleadings. 

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
