Position: Plaintiffs' Pre-Litigation Attorney
Location: San Antonio, TX

A well-regarded and growing personal injury law firm in San Antonio is seeking a Plaintiffs' Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Plaintiffs' Pre-Litigation Attorney to handle meaningful client work, manage a high-impact caseload, and advance within a firm that values internal growth and promotes from within.

As a Plaintiffs' Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will oversee a caseload of 150–200+ active pre-litigation files. Responsibilities include evaluating policy limits, guiding clients through medical treatment, reviewing whether care aligns with the facts of the accident, and drafting persuasive settlement demands once treatment is complete.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in personal injury law is required

  • 1–3 years of legal experience preferred

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; graduating in the top third of the class is preferred

  • Strong organizational and client communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail

  • Comfortable and proficient in incorporating AI tools into legal workflows
