We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to help expand our steel fabrication and plate processing business. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, growing customer relationships, and promoting our cutting, bending, drilling, and kitting capabilities. Ideal candidates will be proactive, technically knowledgeable, and comfortable traveling frequently to meet customers across the region.
Identify and secure new business in structural and plate processing markets
Build long-term relationships with fabrication shops, OEMs, and service centers
Promote our capabilities including cutting, beveling, bending, drilling, and kitting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular on-site client visits and attend industry events
Travel regionally up to 75% to maintain a strong presence with customers
3+ years of outside sales experience in steel, fabrication, or industrial services
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and material take-offs
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive sales approach
Comfortable with frequent travel across a multi-state region
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
