Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist
Location: Greenfield, MA
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A long-standing, patient-focused dental practice in Greenfield, Massachusetts is seeking a personable, skilled, and motivated Associate Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values quality care, professional growth, and a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and has excellent communication skills. This role offers the chance to work alongside an experienced team in a well-established practice serving a loyal patient base for over five decades.
Practice Snapshot:
Over 50 years serving the community
Active patient base of 5,500–6,000
35 new patients per month (on average)
6 doctor chairs, 5 hygiene chairs
65% insurance / 35% fee-for-service
Modern technology including Dexis digital X-rays, CEREC scanner & milling unit
Specialty offerings: Sleep Apnea treatment, Invisalign, Candid Clear Aligners

Candidate Qualifications:
DDS or DMD with an active MA dental license in good standing
4–5 years of clinical experience preferred; GPR or AEGD graduates will also be considered
Competent in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on prevention and comprehensive care
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning
